Lawyer, with active enrollment in the Bar Association since October 1986, developed his professional activity by means of uninterrupted practice and intense advocacy of purely liberal regime, working in various areas of law on numerous Portuguese courts and even at the European Court of Human Rights.

Lawyer was also councilwoman of the Municipality of Oeiras, President of the Portuguese Food Safety Agency and Assistant of the Ministers of Justice from the II, VI and VII Constitutional Governments.In the area of teaching has trainer functions in the Lawyers Internship course in the first and second phases, Jury President of the Bar Association on oral tests Evaluation and Aggregation, Professor at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, ISCTE, School of Social Communication among others and Teacher in the SEF, SIC, SIC Notícias and SIC Online.On the international framework, has been negotiator on the Commission's working groups and on the Council of the European Union and has been Senior Lecturer at the European Centre for Judges and Lawyers in Luxembourg.In the field of media she’s a resident commentator of the Economic TV and international affairs analyst in several TV and radio channels.

He’s part of the National Assessment Committee of the Bar Association.Currently holds the legal advisor role in the VSM Law Firm.

Previous career path developed in an Oil Industry multinational leading company, experienced on Strategic Business Development, Negotiation, Key Account Management, Sales and Operational Planning Management.
